Common Ground Publishing offers a number of opportunities for organisations or groups who might want to offer sponsorship to our conferences and journals. We ask that interested organisations are linked with the themes of the conference and are willing to connect with the conference and journal community. Allow us to help you increase exposure of your organisation or group within our community of engaged and enthusiastic academics, undergraduate and graduate students, teachers, practitioners and professionals.

Conference sponsorship packages combine exposure before the event and maximum impact during the conference. For organisations or groups wishing to target a specific day, materials, or social events during the conference, individual sponsorship provides an attractive option. This allows your organisation to choose your desired level of involvement and exposure to attendees at the conference. A key reason why attendees come to Common Ground conferences is to establish personal contacts and to network with other delegates and interested parties from around the world – so social events such as the conference dinner, lunches and breaks are very well attended. All Common Ground Conferences – Platinum

Conference Lunch Sponsorship
  • Time will be allocated for the lunch sponsor to give a short presentation, or a demonstration if appropriate.
  • At your conference lunch, you will have the opportunity to distribute items of your company’s literature and gifts/giveaways at a display table.
Refreshment Breaks
  • As a sponsor of a day’s refreshment breaks, your organisation’s name and logo will be prominently featured for the full date in the area where the snacks and beverages are served and also in the conference program.
Conference Dinner
  • You will have the opportunity to address the attendees during the event.
  • You will have the opportunity to distribute items of your organisation’s literature and gifts/giveaways at a display table.

Terms & Conditions

  • After written acceptance by Common Ground, the sponsor must provide the sponsorship funds, logo image (in the format required by Common Ground) and other details required (such as correct use of the sponsor’s name, trademarks etc) to Common Ground within 30 days of receipt of acceptance.
  • Sponsorship pledges cannot be processed without payment. Payment is preferred in US Dollars, but other currencies are acceptable. Payment will generally be by direct bank transfer unless other arrangements are agreed. Invoice will be sent through your nominated email address. Payment details will be included in the invoice.
  • The sponsorship fee does not include free conference registration unless specifically stated in the sponsorship opportunity details.
  • All sponsorship materials must be submitted 30 days before the conference to ensure inclusion in the productions schedule.
  • Common Ground will not be liable for damage or loss to a sponsor’s properties through fire, theft, accident, or any other cause, whether the result of negligence or otherwise.
  • Sponsors are welcome to offer pledges for single or multiple items/events.
  • Sponsors are responsible for shipping of materials and customs fees.
